Your membership renews automatically each billing period (weekly, monthly, or seasonal) until you cancel.

You can cancel whenever you like from the subscription-management portal — linked from the subscribe page and your purchase confirmation. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after you cancel.

Because a membership gives you immediate access to digital information, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you were charged in error or believe there is a billing problem, contact us promptly and we will review it in good faith.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it. If it keeps failing, the subscription is cancelled and access ends.
